I finally made it home. My trip to Bama was wonderful. That is...once I actually arrived. Northwest/Delta airlines, Detroit airport, Atlanta airport, and Mollie are not a good combination. The trip home was just as entertaining, as I didn't get back into the Philly airport until 7.5 hours after I was scheduled to. They did put me in first class on the last leg of my flight, and that was the first plane I'd been on in 3 days where I wasn't sitting next to someone large enough to require sharing my seat as well as their own. Or someone who hadn't eaten a diet consisting mainly of whole cloves of garlic for a week.
Anyway, I got to hang out with my folks, see all the kiddos, visit with Pearl the bantam chicken, and eat a Big Bob Special. MMM MMM good. Even the Bham airport smelled like barbecue. My mom also made macaroni and cheese, which is my favorite vegetable. Other than being hotter than H--- there, it was a wonderful visit.
Oh, and according to Tyler, Matt and Abbie, I'm WAY cooler than their mom, my sister-in-law, Wendy, whose blogspot I started this thing up to follow because I think SHE's the coolest mommy.
Now, I'm going to have a cup of Java and look at the snow.
Well. This is awkward.

The kids were telling my mom today how cool you were. Just wait though, New Baby Girl is going to think I am the best thing going!
